2. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data. We process data based on: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We collect personal data for the purposes of: providing financial consulting services, analyzing eligibility for government benefits and European grants, handling inquiries submitted through the contact form, sending commercial information (only with consent), statistical analysis of website traffic, and ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website. 4. Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected: contact form data — for 12 months from the last contact, data processed based on consent — until withdrawn, data required by law — for the period required by relevant regulations (e.g., tax regulations require 5-year document retention). After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
