Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the clickvibepl.com website (hereinafter: the Website) operated by Clickvibe Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 84/92, 00-514 Warsaw, entered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0000897654, NIP: 5272953847, REGON: 387654321. These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the Polish Act of July 18, 2002 on Electronic Services and the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.

2. Definitions

Service Provider — Clickvibe Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw. User — any natural person using the Website. Services — services provided electronically by the Service Provider through the Website, including: providing information about government benefits and European grants, eligibility analysis, assistance with application completion, and consulting services. Contact Form — an electronic form available on the Website enabling submission of inquiries to the Service Provider.

3. Types and Scope of Services

Through the Website, the Service Provider offers the following services: free preliminary eligibility analysis for government benefits, information about available European grant programs (KPO, European Funds 2021-2027), assistance in preparing and submitting benefit applications, personal and family finance consultations, and providing educational materials on financial literacy. Advisory services are informational in nature and do not constitute legal or tax advice as defined by separate regulations.

4. Conditions of Use

Use of the Website is free of charge and does not require registration. Technical requirements: a device with internet access and a current web browser with JavaScript and cookie support. The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and principles of social conduct. It is prohibited to provide false data in contact forms or use the Website in a manner that may disrupt its proper functioning.

5. Contact Form

Users may contact the Service Provider through the contact form available on the Website. The form requires: name, email address, and message content. Submitting the form constitutes acceptance of these Terms and consent to personal data processing for inquiry handling purposes. The Service Provider commits to responding to inquiries within 2 business days.

6. Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that information presented on the Website is current and reliable. Information on the Website is of a general informational nature and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code. The Service Provider shall not be liable for: decisions made by Users based on Website information, temporary Website unavailability due to technical reasons, unlawful actions of third parties, or consequences resulting from Users providing false or incomplete data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, photographs, page layout) is the property of the Service Provider or is used under appropriate licenses. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using Website content without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited, except for personal fair use as provided in the Polish Copyright and Related Rights Act of February 4, 1994.

8. Complaints

Users have the right to file complaints regarding the functioning of the Website or services provided. Complaints should be submitted to: reklamacje@clickvibepl.com or in writing to the Service Provider's registered office. A complaint should include: User's contact details, problem description, and expected resolution. The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the User of the outcome.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute between the User and the Service Provider, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. Consumer Users may use out-of-court complaint and claim resolution methods, including through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The competent court for dispute resolution is the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office, subject to consumer protection provisions.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions enter into force on January 15, 2026. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms for important reasons, particularly in connection with changes in law or scope of services. Users will be informed of changes through the Website with 14 days' notice. Use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Electronic Services.
